Sales Tax Information
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.0%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Order Changes

  • Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (817)277-8166.
  • We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Placing your order
To better serve you, this is the information you will need to place your order. Please have the recipient’s name, full address including zip code and phone number. Also include business or school name, contact person, gate or security codes and apartment or suite numbers. (If applicable) We are familiar with most local hospitals and funeral homes.

Substitution Policy
Flowers are a seasonal product, and some varieties will therefore not always be available. It is possible that a bouquet or arrangement may look slightly different than shown on our web site. Every arrangement or bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in our shop. Because of the nature, seasonality, and availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Balloons    Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
Plants        For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Gift Baskets    Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Dallas - 11:30 AM 
Fort Worth - 12:30 PM
Mansfield, Grand Prairie, and Kennedale - 1:30PM
All orders going to a business or school - 12:30PM 


*This schedule is not applicable at Valentines Day, Mothers Day or Christmas. Unfortunately during these holidays we are unable to take any timed deliveries. Consideration is given to the time limitations of businesses and schools. Please do not call to ask for a delivery time.
This schedule also does not apply for funeral work. Under normal circumstances, we will have all funeral work in our delivery area to the church or funeral home at least one hour before visitation or service times.
The delivery charge for Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale & the Ft Worth area is $10.95. The delivery charge for the Dallas area is $14.95. (See list of zip codes in our delivery area)

Special Deliveries
Deliveries that fall outside of our normal delivery schedule will incur a $19.95 delivery charge. Special deliveries are available only in Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie & Kennedale.
Non refundable…
Due to the rising costs of fuel, Delivery charges are non refundable.
If no one is home
Depending on the location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the delivery in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or at the office of an apartment complex or with a receptionist. We will tag their door letting them know we were there and where their delivery is. In certain areas we will leave the delivery on the porch (weather permitting). If there are no neighbors available to accept the delivery it will be returned to the shop. The recipient is welcome to come to our shop and pick up the order or we will redeliver it for no additional charge the next time we go to that area (usually the next day). We will also call the recipient at the phone number you have provided us. If we do not hear from them within a day or two, we will call you (the customer) and ask for a different address or phone number. If neither the customer nor recipient can be reached, the order will be canceled and a refund will be applied.

ALCOHOL POLICY
We offer wine, beer and champagne in our gourmet, fruit & gift baskets. By law, the recipient must live in Arlington, Pantego or Dalworthington Gardens city limits. You must be at least 21 years old to buy or receive alcohol products. Alcohol may not be left with under age children. I.D. will be required if questionable. We will not leave alcohol on the porch of a recipient. We will attempt to leave with a neighbor if no one is home providing they are 21 years of age. If you order alcohol via our website, you will need to provide us with your state issued D.L. number or state issued I.D. card number, expiration date and your birth date. Sorry No exceptions.

Wire Out Orders
All “Wire Out” orders will have a delivery fee of $10.95 and a relay fee of $5.95. Minimum cost of item must be at least $35.00 within the U.S. East coast orders should be placed by at least 1pm for same day delivery.
Out of the Country
Orders “Wired Out of the Country” will have a relay fee of $15.95 instead of $5.95. You must allow 3 days for delivery on orders going out of the country and each country has a minimum amount that is required to place the order, at least $60.00 plus the above fees. Please call us for more specific information.
Wire out Substitutions
Flowers are a seasonal product, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. A “Wired Out” bouquet or arrangement may look slightly different than shown on our web site. However, every arrangement or bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the color and shape of the bouquet or arrangement shown in our online picture. We have many affiliates that we trust and use all over the world.
